About Family Eye Care

Founded in 1972, Family Eye Care started as a solo eye care practice in Albuquerque that steadily gained popularity through word-of-mouth referrals because the doctors were knowledgable, dedicated to serving others, and genuinely passionate about pediatric and adult eye care alike.

Our practice, now known as Family Eye Care and Children's Eye Center of New Mexico, is home to trained, highly-qualified specialists like Dr. Todd Goldblum, Dr. Rebecca Leenheer, Dr. John Hickox, and Dr. Krista Heidar, MD, who joined the practice in April of 2023. Anne Crisler Cromer, OD, will be joining us in the summer of 2024 as well.
Despite the growth, we remain committed to our founding values: treating patients like family. Our success is a testament to the trust and referrals of our satisfied patients.
