What do I need to bring to my 1st appointment?

For your first appointment, you'll need to bring your insurance information and any medications you're currently taking. We ask that you either arrive to your first appointment 15 minutes early to complete necessary registration paperwork, or print out that paper work and complete it before your first appointment. What insurance do you accept?

We accept: BlueCross BlueShield, Centennial Care, Presbyterian, Humana, New Mexico Medical Insurance Pool, Tricare, Medicare, Veteran's Health Administration, Ambetter, CMS, & New Mexico Medicaid.

Can I Make a Payment Online?

You can make a payment through the Family Eye Care website. To make a payment, click the button below.
